I picked up a set of tournament chips a few weeks ago from the Argosy casino in Lawrenceburg Indiana. From what I gather, the seller had many of them. Perhaps, he got a big chunk of the rack. Argosy is now the Hollywood Casino. I have seen NCV chips from collectors for years. Have they all been harvested from tournaments, or like these, perhaps dumped by the casino after a name change?
