I have been reminiscing about an unsuccessful chip run to the Town Tavern made by a few of my fellow chip club members approximately a year and a half ago. The more I thought about this the angrier I became. I decided to write a letter to the Town Tavern to express my mild displeasure at their refusal to sell chips to my fellow club members. The following is the letter I composed :

To whom it may concern : my remarks herein are addressed to the Owner(s) as well as your flunky employees.

I am very irritated about about your asinine refusal to sell your crappy chips to collectors. I for one refuse to accept or comply with such an ignorant decision. I will be in Las Vegas for a chip convention at the Southpoint Casino in June, 2010. It is my intention at that time to come to your dump and purchase the following :10- $1.00 chips and 6- $5.00 chips. Please go through your cage and pick out ones that are in the very best of condition and have them ready when I call for them. I WILL NOT tolerate any delay or lack of respect when I come to pick them up. I hope I have made myself VERY clear. You DO NOT want me to become violent !!! I could become your worst nightmare. Take heed, if necessary I will single handedly clean your establishment out.

I rearead this letter several times and I believe the tone and sensitivity are just right. So, I endorsed it as follows and mailed it today.
