The $100 token from Belterra that I show here was a live token some years ago. I got it from the machine, took it to the room, took a picture then cashed it in. I doubt if many people collect that high of a denomination. If someone hadn't snapped the photo not many folks would ever see it. Everything these days are TITOs. Is there a book that shows all denoms of token from every casino?
