I was going to take some neat photos of signs in Milwaukee this week but unfortunately I am too late. Slocum Pontiac and Beecher Meats are both out of business. On the way home I saw one but it was on the other side of the freeway and we didn't have time to turn around and take a picture. It was near a large cattle farm and simply said "Used cows for sale". Now I really want to know how you rate a used cow. Does mileage count?? Does it need new hooves?? Is it too old to be choice?
