Fred, The answers to your questions are yes and no. Here is the set I got from an Ebay auction a few weeks ago. I have no extras. The 1000 chip is a bright orange/pink. The scanner failed on that one. About 5 years ago I saw another NVC set in play at a Craps tournament at Argosy. Those chips had "Argosy Training" on them. I never saw them again.
