I have read the pledge several times this weekend. Here it is:

I will NOT buy any slabbed chip.
I will NOT have any slabbed chip in my collection.
I will NOT buy ANY chip from any dealer who sells slabbed chips.
I will NOT buy ANY chip from any dealer who grades chips for a slabbing service.
I will NOT do business of any kind with any dealer who participates in any way in the slabbing of chips.

It does not say I will not buy from anyone banned by the board or whose name appears on a list. I stand by what I said. Buying from Mark Scott does not violate any part of this pledge unless he is currently selling slabbed chips, grading chips for a slabbing servie or participating in any way in the slabbing of chips. To my knowledge, he is not. Buying from Mark Scott does not violate that pledge. It may violate other principals that some of the members hold, but it does not violate the pledge.
