1. Over the past 18 months or so, Mr Scott has contacted me on a number of occasions to request his name be removed.

2. On two such occasions (maybe 18 months ago and then 4 months ago) I forwarded the request to the 5 slabfree BoD members. On both occasions the result was 5-0 in favor of him staying on the list. The first time I informed him of this decision I received repeated abuse, so the second time I didnt even bother telling him.

3. I am merely the webmaster for the slabfree site, and host it for the slabfree club. I am not a slabfree BoD member and dont have any vote. Because the 'contact' button on the website sends a message to me, I am the one who gets all the $hit from people like him. He is a very unsavory character and even if I did have any say, I feel it would take a lot more than just a removal of blocked bidders to change anything.

4. I realise there are a few people on this bb who won't agree with my character assessment. Thats hardly suprising as if youve just spent $35k+ with him (as 2 people recently have) then his attitude to you is going to be somewhat different.
