I support making the list about current and/or reasonably current behavior, and not about personality conflicts.

Additionally, I think that if this group collectively took a more kind approach toward Mr. Scott, that he might return the favor. However, he might not. I have no clue, as I have never talked with the gentlemen. However, in going over the history, I can see why he would be where he is currently.

Let us do what is right, and let the consequence follow.
