I use to stay at Harrah's as a comped player in the early 90's I wanted a bigger room and asked for a suite. They said my play didn't warrant a suite and after I offered to pay for it I was told they aren't available. Only given to rated players. This is now Mid 90's I guess as we moved over to the DI and spent a few years as their guest. I was given the nicest room. I forget which tower, but it was in the back down the long hallway. This room had large bathrooms and a Jacuzzi in the middle that you stepper up into.

We had reservations just before they were closing and we canceled them as we didn't want to stay there with disgruntled employee's.

I miss the DI. I would walk next door (well almost) to the Silver Slipper or cross the street to The Frontier.
