Supposedly limited edition 5th Anniversary slot card for bottom level players.
Did not find any extras lying around.
Hotel did not issue a commemorative room key.
They also have a Club 55 Players card but will not qualify for a couple years, need to be 55 years young.

Also shown is Commerce Casino. One of the last casinos in Los Angeles to issue a players card.
