I have not migrated yet to a DSLR. I have 4 digital cameras that I use. Panasonic FZ8, Canon SX10IS, Canon AS590IS, Kodak Z1085IS. I will be going to the DSLR route in the next 6 months. I have been leaning towards Nikon. I have seen good reviews on the D5000. I still consider myself a novice... I am under quantity to get quality theory : ) take lots of pictures and a gem will appear every once and a while.
