involved in ideas & ways to get more members involved in the OTY process & this new method is the result. It may work, it may not...the biggest key being member participation. The BoD hopes that many more members will submit OTY nominations & that all club members vote. With pictures of the candidates right in the CCTN, along with a voting insert, it really is an easy process. The biggest key is that scans / pictures get to Mr. Follis in time to have them included in the club's magazine.

We'll see...if it works & we get more participation -- GREAT!! If not & this new method proves to be either too restictive time-wise or too expensive or doesn't garner the participation expected, the process may revert back to the way that it has been run these past many years.
