There is a coupon in the 2009 Las Vegas Advisor Pocket Book of Values (or whatever they are calling it now...) that advertises $120 in NCV/Promo chips for a $100 buy in. I'm told that at the beginning of the year you would do just that. Pay the cage $100 and get $120 in NCV chips. At some point this changed to you giving the cage $100 and the cage giving you $100 in LIVE/Cashable chips and $20 in NCV chips.
Sweet. NO risk at all.
The coupon expires at the end of the month.
