() I printed everything with the exception of the Fraternal Organizations, as I don't collect those chips. Many hundreds of pages were printed. My 10 year old HP printer worked like a champ!
This guide is truly a masterpiece, and I will add new appendices as they become available.
It must have been a monumental task to put this guide together. When going through the site, I now know how the "wishing you enough" came from..very touching.
I sincerely wish to than Dick for his "labor of love". and I would also like to thank the many trees that gave their lives so I could print a hard copy. :-)
