... the one site where I would come to get away from the political B.S. that I saw on too many other sites. The venom that has been spewed on both sides of the political fence here has done something I didn't think was possible - it has lessened my interest in chipping.

I now ignore any post that even appears to contain political posturing, which means I ignore a LOT of posts. There are numerous other sites that encourage those types of opinion - again, on both sides of the political spectrum - and I sincerely wish those feeling the need to express their political preferences would do so on sites created for that type of content.

I've had more fun in chipping than in any other hobby I've been involved with. The political posts on the chipboard are eliminating much of that fun, and if chipping isn't fun, why do it?
