OR maybe 84? It kind of reminds me of these old numeral "4" racirs where the 4 is formed by Antlers, sticks, or bones? The cool thing about these old racirs is the stages of wear. They really got some play out of them! The white chip (lower demonination and most used) could be easily mistaken for a engraved 2 ring chip. The high denomination BLUE chip is easily IDed as a Monarch. I am sure that you know John but for others... the racirs or Monarchs were made with the centers slightly sunken so they did not make contact with each other until badly worn. These are all very old early clay chips. circa 1900+-
