This would appear to be a new issue according to a reliable source on the subject. Similar to past years issues, but a bit different.

This my only example and it was given to me by my wife who simply asked for one at the Matsui booth! They also had an oval shaped plaque that when she asked to see it, she was told that they could not give it out! Of course she told me this after we left and I never got to see the plaque.

I do know that 3 examples of this plaque (which includes mine) were handed out to chippers.
