When did green dice first make their debut?

Does anyone know of a HABANA CASINO anywhere other than CUBA [perhaps in Eastern Europa/RUSSIA]?

Does anyone remember the name of the casino in Eastern Europa/(Kiev?) that used "Casino de Capri" chips that were used in CUBA? Or, was the name of the casino on the chips used in Eastern Eropa/(Kieve? OR?) similar to the Casino de Capri name chips used in CUBA...?
