I have seen just that when someone states "Make and offer" then later comes and publicly blasts (along with name calling) of some one making an offer they were insulted by. Sometimes the BUYER has no idea of the value either, but like it and makes what he believes is a valid offer. (Mark Sutton comes to mind, I believe he has blasted several). That makes other 'gun shy'.
