The Neon Musuem is not open yet. it will be at the site of the BONEYARD (NEON SIGNS)! It's on Las Vegas Blvd a couple blocks North of DT LV! The actual building will be composed of the shell from the La Concha Motel that was next to the Riv! Neonopolis is a pretty much failed retail, etc, building, still has hope but mostly empty!
