NCR- Old Block 16, Las Vegas cover

The Gaming Table has a listing for "Tivoli Bar, Downtown, Block 16, LV, NV opened 1930's, closed, yes" Looking for any info, found nothing online regarding this bar/tavern and the cover has no address?? I'll assume it is related to the TGT listing.

Block 16 was not only famous for its pr+stitution, it also gained notoriety in 1920 for its disregard for the 18th Amendment, which banned the sale and transport of all alcohol around the country. Prohibition did not slow down the sale of alcohol, it just made it more difficult, and saloons had to sell hard liquor in secret. Despite numerous threats of fines and raids, Block 16 continued to sell alcohol until the amendment was repealed in 1933.
Throughout the rest of World War II, the br+thels became cheap rooming houses until January 1946, when the city declared them to be hazardous. Block 16 was ordered to be demolished and was eventually paved over to become parking lots. Tourists can still visit this distinctive piece of Las Vegas history by parking behind Binion's Casino, just east of the California Hotel.
