This is one I hadn't seen until the auction a couple of weeks ago. From the Punta Cana region of Dominican Republic, and apparently still open, but a very small hotel. I see it's since been listed in The Caribbean Chip Guide.

It is in the style of BudJones coin inlay chips, but cheaper construction and probably from one of the european makers. Yellow with navy, and a flush scroll mold. Edge has blue dashes in addition to the inserts. The edge also shows evidence of mold marks around the circumference.
