Frankly I agree with everthing Michael said. What I don't believe is that he read all 2000 pages and understood ever minute part of it. I don't believe anyone (save the writers) have read and complete understand its implications. I believe the the law was made purposely long and complicated just so no one would be able to do what Michael said he did.

Having said that, I agree. This bill is a nightmare.
