Mike has been generous in helping me grow my banknote collection, so I thought I'd post a couple of older notes from a collection I recently received as a gift from a relative. Most of what I received comes from the early 1900's Europe including several from Russia that include some early usage of the hammer and sickle, which started around 1917. Here are a few that I found interesting because they were so small. They may be something other than banknotes, but I don't have a guide to the earlier world issues. The quarter is shown to give a size reference.
