I would say the chip (the good ones) value will not change. For this chip being a cancelled one, would have little or
no value unless you (or someone) collects that type of chip. I have 4 or 5 chips that are of this type. The Landmark had
a 50 cent chip like this and had value of 30 to 50 (if not mistaken). Some folks tryed to pass the real light HS chips
as normal chips.
