From what you are saying the Palms itself... I said all that? I feel I represented what John posted from LVA News and the LVRJ piece http://www.lvrj.com/news/breaking_news/Palms-agrees-to-pay-100000-to-settle-complaint-69770727.html and it would not be correct to infer that Palms issued bad checks. I over-simplified things down to my level...ooops.
