Thank you Phyllis! It turns out it is a legitimate request if they ask a question after you put in the password. I was still leary about giving them the number so went all the way up to security and now find the reason for the question was I am trying to access my account from my work laptop rather than my home computer. David, the expiration date was 2012 so that was not a factor. Turns out it was a legitimate request for info. Right now it is not quite fixed......but soon! Thank you all very much. Jim
