"What would you all think of a mixed game format for the convention poker tournament?"

I would love the idea, but I can tell you, even though Gene already did, that it will never happen.

One of the reasons we have such a great turnout in the poker tournament is because it is no limit. That is what people see on & that is what they want to play. Some people don't even know how to play other games. About 10 years ago the ONLY time you ever saw anyone playing no limit was in the WSOP or other big tournaments. You could not find a regular game of no limit in a casino unless it was for very high stakes. It was a dying game. Then Moneymaker won the WSOP Main Event & no limit took off.
