Re: Chips & Dealers days may be numbered
I agree the electronic Blackjack would be mostly for places without full gaming. However, the big, new Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, Indiana has one. It sat empty as well. I don't trust electronic games. I like to see the card turned over, the dice roll and the little ball drop on the spinning wheel. One kind of odd thing I saw last time I was there. They have a roulette game that keeps score electronically. It has a dealer with a real wheel. You bet on a touch screen. just the chip count (without chips) shows up on your little terminal screen. With a real spinning wheel it has to be a random game, but I saw the number 35 come up tree times in a row. I walked around for a moment and passed the table again. In the next eight spins 35 came up three more times. What are the odds of the same number coming up six times in eleven spins? I has to be up there.
