Apparently there is a Coliseum Casino in Bolivia.
This $5 chip is used in both St. Maarten and I assume Bolivia.
I don't know anything about Bosnia, but perhaps they have a Coliseum as well?

I certainly have no desire to visit Bosnia or Bolivia, but St. Maarten/St. Martin - YES!
