Judy, you said you were "a little angry" and to everyone here... that is too much and we rather you not be. Drop the whole matter, but do explain in your feedback exactly what all happened if the seller does not make good for the item he sent you. Even if there was no insurance purchased, it's the seller's responsibility to deliver the item to you no matter who damaged the enveloe... which, by the way; isn't the proper way to ship a chip.
