Sorry for the delay in reply, I've been traveling on business and missed this. There was some debate in the pass about this chip being a halloween chip. It dosen't say Halloween on it. The Chip Rack (10th)doesn't list as Halloween. The only reason some consider it Halloween is the timing of release and the Orange/Black print.

All of that said, I have the chip but do not consider it Halloween and have not included it on the list.
