There are 3 Possible choices, do you????

Call 911 on your personal cell phone and keep driving?

Stop and offer what little assistance you are able to provide?

Keep driving and rely on On Star (tm) to thke care of the situation?

Sounds a little bit like Optioon #3 for you.
