This chip is listed in Dick Staeffler's California Tribute Guide as lavender with purple inserts; unlike this version. (Mine could be a sample. My wife's eye sees this chip as purple with pink inserts.)

Does anyone have a scan of an actual, in-use version?

ps. While this scan shows both sides of the chip, those sides may not be of the same chip. I used a single reverse to show the common reverse for several of these Host/Business Card chips. Note also that this chip is not notched.
