I am being offered a copy of a Whitman publication by Howard Herz on Nevada Casino Chips. It is signed by the author and my contact tells me it is essential for collectors. Is this a good buy at 45 dollars? I have the Chip Rack 11. Do I need this one too? any help will be appreciated.
