I called the hosting service and notified them of our situation. They opened a trouble ticket for us and it appears they resolved the issue for us. (He indicated Greg's HTTP service was in Alarm mode and he believe the server needed to be rebooted).
Just FYI for everyone on this. The folks at the hosting company have been fantastic in helping us out as they know the details on our situation. There are some legal things that Carol needs to complete in order for them to continue to work with me as a technical contact. Luckily once again they were okay with opening a trouble ticket this morning on this issue. They did indicate if they had another problem this morning, they would have to speak with Carol about it.
Let keep our fingers crossed that the boards keep going for us while we are still in a transitional period.
