Wow! Any casino that would go to that length for a few chips is too petty for my liking. It certainly doesn't cast Atlantic City in a favorable or positve light. I don't usually participate in tournaments but, after reading your post, I don't think I'd care to go to that casino or even to Atlantic City. Thank God, Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods are only a 2 hour ride away (and R.I. an hour)...
