Soooo... Union Pacific Railroad studies the Proposition and determines that the Break even fare would have to be $300.

Amtrak which operates over Union Pacific on that route and is governed by UP rules and dispatching, deternines that the Break even fare is $115.

Just how many $300 fares do you think Union Pacific will be able to sell compared to the number of fares Amtrak will sell????
