Try hitting as many dealing schools in your area as possible. You'd be surprised what they just might have siting up on a shelf or in a desk drawer. Drop the word "sample" often, too, while you're visiting... and watch them jump out of their chair running around the office and all pulling open drawers and opening cabinet doors..

Don't pass up the culinary and hotel management schools, either... You'd be surprised.
