My son and I went to the AC/DC concert last January in Kansas City and was unwittingly sold the paperless tickets by Ticketmaster several months in advance of the concert. The night of the show we were required to queue up in a long line and I had to present the credit or debit card that I used to purchase the tickets with so they could scan it. Made me wonder what would have happened if I had gotten rid of that card or what if I couldn't go at the last minute. I saw several people in the line to get in that weren't going to the concert but had to show up with their card so whomever was going could get in! I am sure that this is an effective way of dealing with scalpers but not sure it's worth the inconvenience TM is putting on their customers.
Cheers!
