They were sold off in quantity to the playable set collector's from 50¢ - $100 chips.
The only denom. that I know there was more limited availability, were the $1 chips... not as many of those made it out.

I would place a value of no more than a couple $s on the lower denoms, up to $5 chips... and $3-$5 on the higher denoms.
These prices would of course be in singles... in 1/2 or full racks it would be $1-$3 depending on denom.
