Many years ago, I decided to take the free rooms at Harrahs instead of the Orleans.
It is a long day with so much happening.
If you want to take a break your room is there.
If you want to relax at the pool you are there.
South Point is a nice place, a bit off the main strip, but with so much packed into a few days, who has time to site see.

I will only stay at the convention hotel..
