Considering it is almost impossible to exist with out a telephone.... the few bucks it would cost to add this Benifit to people on Welfare would probably be minimal.

OK the rest of you probably want to punish them "WELFARE QUEENS" so responces are not necessary.

P.S. Just keep in mind AIG, Fanne Mae, Freddy Mac, BOA, and all of those other Goverment Bailouts. I am sure you all agree all of the other People on their Boards of directors deserve those Bonuses in return for bankrupting their companys
