I was never sure of the difference between the white inlay and the silver inlay on this old Silver Slipper half. I had one, but couldn't tell at chips shows which I had. Took a chance on the one in Doug's auction last week and got the silver one.

Here is a scan of them side by side for future reference. Note that the base color of the chip is also slightly different. Again, you can only see this when they are side by side, so my guess is it's a color mixing difference, not an intentional color change in the reorder.

On my chips, the red 50c is darker on the silver one but that may be just the difference in the underlying inlay color.
