Comment on Code of Ethics #10 which states

"To offer on all sales and trades, a 10-day return privilege on any item purchased or traded, unless I have clearly and conspicuously stated that items are sold or traded "as is," and without a return privilege." Question and Comment: Should a sale or trade have a return privilege or not? This code is a contradiction. If the seller says it's a good chip and buyer does not like it then the return privilege comes into play. If the seller says its "as is", then it's crap and buyer has no return privilege. To me, the return privilege should always prevail or the ethics rule has no meaning. My take is that if you don't like the chip, I'll give you your money back. I've seen several members that don't sell/trade the same way. Even when their chips for sale or trade are accurately described. Is it a silk purse or a sow's ear? Any comments?
