Gene, need your opinion: Notched Sample...

Gene,

Pictured here is a notched example of a Binion's Horseshoe $25,000. HOWEVER!!! While the inlay may be the correct one (I say "may" because not having seen a real one, nor this denomination being listed in TCR 11, I just don't know for sure if it is correct) but I do know that the chip body is not correct. This is becuase I've seen this lavender, 3 sets of 3 inserts chip body used for other Paul-Son made notched chips.

My question is this: What is your opinion as to why this chip exists?
