Usually, those buyers make themselves known. By checking the archives you'll find such announcements as "I need super-rare chips for my inventory" or "I would like to buy $50,000/$100,000 in rare chips this month" and so on... Not all viewers/posters are CCGTCC members.

Put something rare up on this board and you'll find out real quick who is buying.
