we thought we lost the deal, but the sellers realestate agent has gone the extra mile and will pay the $1000 to re due the loan doc's and we gave her till next Friday to try and get the bank to sell... this has been a long 5 month ordeal... we have all the power and water on and have $2000 of our money in it to... the house has a lot of junk left that we started to clean up so we are invested also
