Reminds me of the story of the guy who went to have excess fat removed from his body using a new procedure of the surgeon massaging and working the body fat up to the top of the head whereupon the surgeon would then cut off all the exess fat. When the patient looked into the mirror after the surgery was complete, he was aghast to find that his belly button was now located in the enter of his forehead ... to which the surgeon remarked, "yes, but look at the nice neck tie you have!"
