Chicks with pool qsticks that is. My lady friend and i had planned on a gaming trip to chinook winds casino today but she informe me that there was the wold womens pool chmpionship taking place today which presents a problem to her as a slot machine player, she didn't think there would be enoygh machines for everyone so we'll reschdule. that would be a grea place to take reg's chip as he was an inian collector after all. don't recall if he ever made it to Chinook. We did have a couple of chip shows there an even got Gene to attend on I believe. JIm Fredrickson ran the poker room there and dput on several west coast shows. This one had a pretty good poker tournement, hold'em and stud. I sat next to an elvis impersonator who told this cornball joke: " I went to a child phychayatrist once... how that kid got his license, I'll never know!" I kept raising like a tourist with JJ but rick miner spanked me with a straight. the lady tht won the thing bedeviled Gene wih some gawd-awful two card combo tht she played consitantly. Mel JUng was ther trying to sell JIm some better chips but the table looked as if it had wshed ashore in the last storm. Believe I met Clyde and Toni Baily there in better times. Clyde would always tell you how Greg Sussong was best man at their wedding. Really proud of that!
MY lady has trphied a couple of times aat the pool table so i asked her is she was participataing. NOpe! World chaps only she said. Hey I think you'e a world champ I said and eceived the usual fish-eye. Hey, I'm your trophy, okay? So trophy boyfriend is added to the resume.
